Il passo successivo \u00e8 quello di garantire che questi giovani \u201capprendisti fumatori\u201d continuino a consumare prodotti del tabacco e diventino fumatori abituali, dipendenti dal prodotto e fedeli al marchio. Per raggiungere i propri obiettivi, l&#8217;industria del tabacco sfrutta tutti i canali di marketing a sua disposizione. Oltre ai tradizionali mezzi pubblicitari, i social media sono recentemente emersi come un nuovo territorio da conquistare. Questo spazio virtuale, aperto, senza confini e invadente, non \u00e8 soggetto alle normative sul marketing mirato.
